BASE Design & Drafting provides design and drafting services for residential and commercial construction. We work with you to realize your vision and alongside your contractor to develop computer aided design (CADD) documents for permitting and construction.
We coordinate your project from concept to the permit phase, from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between.
PRICING
Averaging approximately $1.00 per square foot under roof, our fees are a fraction of traditional architectural services. Engineering, Title-24 and roof trusses are provided at an additional charge at very competitive rates.
